keeping it to yourself
sometimes most of the time, you cannot and should not, express or reveal what you feel or think or dream.
But, agree with you on this as I had experienced the downside of being casual about telling others my feeling and innerthoughts. Biggest lesson for me - not everyone think alike and you must always expect the unexpected if you choose to reveal your feelings, thoughts or dreams.
