I have told some friends about what I think of 'exercise'. The only exercise we need is our routine daily prayers and the exercise you can do with your spouse.
I truly believe that whatever is required to live healthily in body and in spirit - has already been spelt out. No need for additional activities. :D That's what I truly believe. You have your rights to believe otherwise.
